Privacy Notice
Last updated: 29 October 2026
This notice explains how Jtmt-Consulting, MB handles personal data when you visit our website, contact us or request our services. For questions about your personal data, contact info@jtmt-consulting.lt.
Who is responsible for your data
Jtmt-Consulting, MB (company code 307120382), Lyvių g. 41A, LT-11328 Vilnius, Lithuania, is the controller of your personal data. You can reach us at info@jtmt-consulting.lt or +370 636 58476. We have not appointed a data protection officer.
When you visit this website
Our hosting provider records technical information in server logs: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and your browser type. We use it only to deliver the website and keep it secure, based on our legitimate interest in running a safe website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Hostinger keeps these logs for a limited period and then deletes them automatically.
This website does not use cookies, analytics, tracking or advertising tools, and does not load content from other websites. Our fonts are served from our own server. The request form sends what you type to our form service only when you press Send.
When you contact us
If you email or call us, or send the request form on this website, we process the information you give us: usually your name, email address, telephone number, company and details about your product. We use it to answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal. Messages sent through the form are delivered to our inbox by our form service, Web3Forms. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If no work follows, we delete enquiry correspondence 12 months after our last contact. Web3Forms keeps a copy of each form message for up to three years, unless we delete it sooner.
When you work with us
For clients, we process the contact details of the people we work with, the project information needed to deliver our services, and billing records. The legal basis is the performance of our contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legal obligations under accounting and tax law (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). We keep this information for the duration of the engagement and afterwards for as long as Lithuanian accounting and tax law requires.
Who receives your data
- Our website and email hosting provider, Hostinger, based in Lithuania.
- Our form service, Web3Forms, which delivers messages sent through the request form to our inbox.
- Our accountant and professional advisers, where needed.
- Public authorities, where the law requires it.
These providers act on our instructions. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Transfers outside the EEA
Web3Forms is operated from India and uses Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare and Hetzner, so messages sent through the request form may be processed outside the European Economic Area. These transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, which are part of Web3Forms' data processing agreement. If any other provider processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on a Commission adequacy decision or the standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict how we use your data;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
- receive data you gave us in a portable format.
To use these rights, email info@jtmt-consulting.lt. We reply within one month.
You can also complain to the Lithuanian supervisory authority, the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, vdai.lrv.lt), or to the data protection authority in the EU country where you live or work.
Do you have to give us your data?
No. There is no legal or contractual requirement to give us personal data, but we cannot reply to an enquiry without your contact details.
Automated decisions
We do not make automated decisions or create profiles about you.
Changes to this notice
We update this notice when the way we handle personal data changes, for example if we add new tools to the website. The date at the top shows the latest version.
